Master Data Governance Expert in Warsaw

At Girteka Group, we seek excellence in everything we do. To ensure a smooth implementation of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and related systems, we are looking for an Enterprise Master Data Governance Expert to join our team in Warsaw office, who will play a key role in establishing and leading enterprise-wide master data governance for the Business Partner (Customer and Vendor) domain to promote a ‘single source of truth’. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a master data governance strategy to support organizational objectives.
  • Take ownership of the Business Partner domain to work with all relevant stakeholders across the enterprise and lead of implementation of data catalogue and system controls.
  • Orchestrate data flows and data collection process between CRMs and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Define KPIs, data quality process and collaborate with data owners to address data issues.
  • Lead data cleansing activities within BAU and project scope.
  • Promote master data as an asset and use data-driven thinking by developing an honest data product mindset and data literacy. Empower people to own a piece of their data.
  • Collaborate with IT architects and other stakeholders to deliver and maintain MDM solution.
  • Influence the organizational setup to improve the efficiency of Business Partner data management and provisioning.

Our expectations

  • Experience in implementing enterprise-wide Business Partner (Customers & Vendors) governance models. Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) across several business units would be considered as an advantage.
  • 3+ years of functional and/or strategic master data management experience. 1+ years of data governance practices (advantage).
  • Focused on quality. Ability to operate and make decisions in fast changing environment.
  • You have (hands-on) experience with data management or data transformation tools, also solving challenges for master data management, data quality problems or complex data integration.
  • Proven track record of being able to deliver and work effectively in a matrixed organization across geographies and divisions.
  • Agile Mindset and experience to work in / with Agile Organizations.
  • Fluent English.
