What can you expect your day to look like?
• Manage the Full Order Process: Receive and process customer orders accurately, from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure Accurate Data Entry: Input all relevant order information into internal systems in a timely and precise manner.
• Keep Customers Informed: Monitor order status and proactively communicate shipping and delivery updates to clients.
• Oversee Payments and Prevent Debt: Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and take steps to minimize overdue debt.
• Handle and Analyze Demurrages: Ensure proper receipt and processing of demurrages, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Identify and Solve Issues: Analyze operational challenges, propose corrective actions, and work toward long-term solutions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively suggest ways to enhance customer care processes and improve service qualit
• Cargo claim administration
What do we expect from you?
• Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Experience in Logistics (Preferred): Prior experience in a logistics or transportation environment is considered an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced work setting.
• Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills: Willingness to work closely with others to solve problems and achieve goals.
• Proactive Communication and Problem-Solving: Confidence in identifying issues and proposing practical, customer-focused solution
