Main Purpose of the Job

Join Girteka, one of Europe’s leading logistics companies, as a Carrier Representative in our Warsaw office.

As a Carrier Representative, you’ll blend inside sales, carrier account management, and operations to grow and manage a portfolio of carriers. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service to your carriers and customers by collaborating with trucking company owners, dispatchers, and drivers, ensuring the right truck is matched with the right shipment at the right time for the right and price.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Connect with carriers through cold calls, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
  • Understand Carrier Needs: Learn what drives each carrier to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive Carrier Engagement: Identify inactive carriers and re-engage them to boost performance.
  • Use Tech Tools: Leverage our booking systems and Partner Portal to streamline operations.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Track freight trends and pricing factors to make smart decisions.
  • Negotiate & Secure Capacity: Match shipments with carriers by negotiating rates and availability.
  • Ensure Service Excellence: Quickly resolve issues and improve service using carrier feedback.
  • Support Smooth Payments: Recommend and assist with carrier payment solutions.
  • Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with teams to ensure timely pickups, tracking, and delivery.
  • Improve Operations: Identify problems and implement solutions to optimize performance.

  • Salary and Bonuses: from 7480 to 9000 PLN (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and suitability for the position.
    Additionally, a bonus system is in place to reward performance.
