Brokerage Operations Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Job

By proactively and efficiently cooperating with external transport companies (carriers), ensures the company's cargo shipments are carried out using carrier transportation in compliance with contractual customer requirements and the company's cargo transportation rules. The goal is to achieve set performance indicators (KPIs) as well as the profitability and freight volume objectives of the Brokerage Division.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Manage end-to-end shipment operations (order creation, load planning, scheduling, tracking).
  • Monitor systems, task boards, and emails; ensure accurate documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, and assigned accounts.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOPs and customs requirements.
  • Maintain real-time shipment visibility and resolve operational issues.
  • Support financial processes, including invoicing and accounts-related tasks.
  • Track KPIs and contribute to operational and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support additional tasks as needed.

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written knowledge of English

Base monthly salary: from zł 6560 to zł 8190 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
