Main Purpose of the Job

To lead and develop the Workplace Solutions team in delivering secure, scalable, and efficient IT workplace infrastructure across the Girteka Group. The role ensures the implementation of ITSM/ITIL best practices, fosters a customer-centric approach, and drives continuous improvement in technology, processes, and service delivery, ultimately supporting the organization's digital transformation and business growth. 

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Lead and Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Assemble, oversee, and inspire a global team of IT administrators to achieve exceptional engagement and productivity.
  • Establish Best Practices: Define, implement, and uphold ITSM/ITIL-based best practices throughout the organization, enhancing service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Advocate for Servant Leadership: Foster a customer-centric culture by aligning IT operations with business objectives and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Pursue Continuous Improvement: Actively seek out and integrate enhancements in tools, processes, and team skills to guarantee operational efficiency and technical superiority.
  • Ensure Accountability: Supervise team outputs, manage IT workplace infrastructure, and maintain stable, secure, and scalable IT systems across the organization.
  • Encourage Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement initiatives that boost profitability, enhance employee productivity, and improve the client experience.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a Group-level advisor on IT workplace infrastructure, offering support and expertise to subsidiaries regarding standards, policies, and technologies.

What do we expect from you?

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure and leading technical teams.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, SCCM, Certificate Authority, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Intune, and Azure cloud management.
  • Basic skills in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience in software licensing and cost optimization strategies.
  • Practical knowledge of monitoring solutions, particularly Zabbix.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • Exceptional vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Robust understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
  • Proven capability to drive change and enhance IT processes.
  • Customer-centric mindset complemented by strong business acumen.
