Workplace Experience Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting the Workplace Experience and Infrastructure Management Team Leader in executing office projects in domestic real estate markets.
• Delegating tasks, assisting in event organization, coordinating processes, collaborating with partners and suppliers.
• Organizing and coordinating people and furniture relocation.
• Resolving emergent problems (seeking alternatives).
• Communicating and collaborating with representatives of operational departments.
• Developing and implementing process and sustainability solutions, improving workplace conditions.

• Base monthly salary: from €2100 to €2500 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
