Workplace Experience Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Workplace Experience and Infrastructure Management Team Leader in executing office projects in domestic real estate markets.
  • Delegating tasks, assisting in event organization, coordinating processes, collaborating with partners and suppliers.
  • Organizing and coordinating people and furniture relocation.
  • Resolving emergent problems (seeking alternatives).
  • Communicating and collaborating with representatives of operational departments.
  • Developing and implementing process and sustainability solutions, improving workplace conditions.

  • Higher education in business management or a related field (can be a student).
  • Good computer skills for work.
  • Excellent time management, ability to multitask, attention to detail.
  • Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding and speaking of English.
