Transport Managers Trainer

We are looking for a Transport Managers Trainer  to join our Training Center team, who will be responsible for onboarding new managers and providing ongoing training for the existing team. The role focuses on refreshing knowledge in driver and information management, updating managers on the latest legislation and regulations, reinforce work and rest time rules, cost management practices, and covering other essential topics

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Conduct training sessions according to approved internal training programs for transport managers and other programs implemented by Girteka Group Training Center.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate delivery of training material to transport managers, in line with current updates.
• Contribute to the improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of transport managers, as well as the preparation and updating of methodological programs and materials.
• Train and test both newly hired and current transport managers.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 2 years of work experience related to road transport, training of transport managers, or CE category drivers.
• Knowledge of international regulations governing international freight transport, drivers’ working and rest time, as well as driver work organization.
• Good computer skills (MS Office). Experience with Axapta, SAP, or Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
• Higher or advanced education.
• Fluent Lithuanian language. English and Russian language skills are an advantage.
• An advantage - experience in preparing and conducting training.

• Base monthly salary: from 3000€ to 3300€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
