Your Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions according to approved internal training programs for transport managers and other programs implemented by Girteka Group Training Center.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate delivery of training material to transport managers, in line with current updates.
- Contribute to the improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of transport managers, as well as the preparation and updating of methodological programs and materials.
- Train and test both newly hired and current transport managers.
Our expectations
- Higher or post-secondary education.
- At least 3 years of experience driving CE category vehicles on international routes, or at least 3 years of work experience related to road transport, training transport managers or drivers.
- Knowledge of international legal regulations governing international freight transport, drivers’ working and rest time rules, basics of eco-driving knowledge, and understanding of vehicle components and systems.
- Good computer literacy (Office 365, MS Excel, MS Word), experience with Axapta, SAP, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency in Russian and English (both spoken and written) at no lower than B2 level.
