Transport HR System​ Team Lead

Main Purpose of the Job

To lead and manage all drivers lifecycle related HR IT systems, ensuring their smooth operation,continuous improvement, and integration across functions like Core HR, Payroll,Recruitment, Learning, and Time Management. You’ll act as the key bridge between HR, IT, and vendors to create a secure, compliant, and user-friendly HR tech ecosystem.

What can you expect your day to look like?

 

  • Own and manage drivers related HR systems and integrations related to driver data (Internal drivers hiring platform, Fleethand, Payhawk, drivers authentication system).
  • Ensure continuous improvement, performance, and availability
  • Maintain data integrity, system security, and audit readiness.
  • Lead and support HR system projects, including implementations and integrations.
  • Define project timelines, budgets, and resources with HR and IT
  • Plan and organize system version updates, database/application server backups and other technical tasks ensuring smooth technical part of each system
  • Streamline and automate HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and regional users.
  • Manage a IT team, foster collaboration, and build a globally aligned servicemodel.

What do we expect from you?

  • 2+ years’ experience of managing enterprise platforms, whether managing systems directly or leading IT projects around them.
  • Solid grasp of HR processes, payroll, and system integrations would be considered a powerful bonus.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and regions
  • A proactive, accountable mindset and a passion for HR tech innovation
  • Experience in logistics/transport industry is a strong advantage
