What can you expect your day to look like?
• Organize maintenance and repair processes for trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units.
• Ensure execution of fleet technical maintenance plans (regular servicing, planned works).
• Ensure technical support function for company's drivers on maintenance and repair issues.
• Administer and approve repair invoices, submit claims in case of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal and external maintenance workshops.
• Optimise technical support operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure service and quality levels are maintained in line with the organisation's requirements
What do we expect from you?
• At least 2 years’ work experience in the transport and/or technical maintenance sector.
• Technical knowledge of truck, trailer, and refrigeration unit structure and systems.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to summarize and present data clearly.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Independence in decision making and ability to react quickly to situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position
