Team Lead (TNDM)

What you will do:

  • Ensure the necessary competencies, increase motivation, and team engagement, and consistently work towards achieving set goals.
  • Support the development and continuity of relationships with existing clients and partners by ensuring high service quality and internal alignment.
  • Initiate process changes and improvements in service quality, taking into account the needs of clients and the market.
  • Provide assistance to team members in resolving challenging non-standard situations or issues.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify process bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  • Innovatively address systemic issues, seeking automation, optimization, and other solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within the company to achieve the best results.

What we expect from you:

  • Transport management experience is required (minimum of 2 years). Knowledge of TNDM transport operations is an advantage.
  • Result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Full knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with intermediate proficiency in Russian
  • Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities (managerial experience is an advantage).
  • Quick adaptability and ability to make responsible decisions in a dynamic environment.
