Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Maternity Cover)

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition Partners & Specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.  
  • Oversee and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate experience. 
  • Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the team and support their achievement.  
  • Encourage knowledge sharing within the team, analyze complex recruitment challenges, and develop effective solutions. 
  • Engage in capacity planning to meet future hiring needs alongside key stakeholders. 
  • Develop and execute hands- on strategies to attract senior professionals across various business domains. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent in Lithuania and internationally. 
  • Perform as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and candidate availability to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People and Culture business partners to proactively address talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. 
  • Work closely with the Employer Branding team to enhance presence as an employer of choice in the market. 

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience in a team lead or mentoring capacity.
  • Proven expertise in hiring senior professionals and building strong candidate pipelines.  
  • Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance.  
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher).  
  • A collaborative, innovative, and well-organized approach to solving recruitment challenges.

  • Base monthly salary: from €3630 to €4540(before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
