We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of Girteka Group professional teams. You will play a vital role while ensuring excellent candidate experience and adhering to recruitment best practices. As a TA member, you will help drive the recruitment strategy and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the full – cycle recruitment process for the roles within the Girteka group.
- Proactively source and attract different area specialists through various channels and platforms.
- Guide and support hiring managers and P&C partners to understand the market trends and best practices to hiring needs.
- Participate in internally or externally events, serve as a brand ambassador and take initiative to suggest new ways of attraction or talent acquisition improvements.
- Manage hiring process through an ATS system to ensure quality data tracking for TA efficiency.
Our expectations:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the Talent Acquisition or similar HR roles, with hands – on experience in end – to – end recruitment.
- Strong background in attraction, sourcing and selection of various scope of positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Understanding of hiring methodologies and evaluation, with a focus on junior to mid-level roles.
- Familiarity with any kind of ATS would be an advantage.
- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

- Base monthly salary: from €2210 to 2700€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
