What can you expect your day to look like?
- Shape and execute talent acquisition strategies and projects.
- Own entire recruitment cycle for dedicated various levels positions and deliver recruitment targets with the best candidate experience.
- Proactively identify and leverage sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and people and culture partners to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends, and recommend effective hiring solutions.
- Coach and guide hiring managers on interview techniques and competency - based questions to ensure consistent and high - quality hiring decisions.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and track performance metrics.
- Continiously suggest improvements to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years proven experience in full - cycle recruitment.
- Strong skills in candidate attraction, interview facilitation, and stakeholders guidance.
- Skilled in entering new talent markets and delivering creative global talent acquisition solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred.

- Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
