Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech Roles

What can you expect your day to look like?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions (e.g., Software Engineers, BI Engineers, Systems Analysts, SAP Consultants, Salesforce Developers, etc).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team structures, guide them through the hiring process and act as a trusted partner.
- Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms, proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, local Lithuanian job boards, networking, referrals, and talent databases, etc.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs based on the critical roles we frequently need such as SAP Consultants, Salesforce talents.
- Support hiring managers in workforce planning and hiring prioritization discussions.
- Advice regarding recruitment strategies and market trends, potential salary benchmark, expectation on market for niche roles.
- Monitor talent market trends and competitor hiring activities, promote the company's employer brand within the technology community.
- Participate in recruitment events, networking activities, and employer branding initiatives.
What do we expect from you?
- 2+ years of proven success in full-cycle tech recruitment.
- Strong skills in candidate attraction, interview facilitation, and stakeholders guidance.
- Skilled in entering new talent markets and delivering creative global talent acquisition solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional fluency in Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- University degree or equivalent higher education.
- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- People-centric approach, collaborative mindset, strong empathy and active listening skills.

- Base monthly salary: from €2930 to €3670 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
