Main Purpose of the Job
The Systems Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, evaluating systems, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role focuses on translating business objectives into actionable specifications, supporting the delivery of efficient, well-integrated solutions across the product development lifecycle
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Become a member of an autonomous cross-functional squad, contributing to business analysis across the full product development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
- Evaluate existing systems, processes, and integrations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and propose improvements
- Work closely with technical teams daily to track development progress, ensure a clear and shared understanding of requirements, and adapt solutions in response to changing needs
- Support and participate in testing activities (integration, user acceptance), ensuring solutions meet business expectations and are ready for release
- Contribute to maintaining clear and structured documentation (e.g., process flows, diagrams), ensuring alignment across stakeholders
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, technical specifications, and documentation
- Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and actionable development tasks
- Experience working in an Agile environment (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
- Understanding of cross-system integrations (e.g., APIs, event-based), with the ability to assess impacts and collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
