Main Purpose of the Job
What can you expect your day to look like?
- AS-IS and TO-BE state business process analysis: takes an active role in executing the analysis, conducts in-depth analysis of the current IT systems (ERP, .Net microservices, internal data servers, internal Maps platform & etc.), contributes to defining the future state of integrations, and supports documentation (BPMN diagrams, UML) and communication efforts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and document clear and comprehensive business and technical specifications (User stories, Use Cases) for IT systems.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring accurate and complete understanding.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system features to ensure smooth releases.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and documentation techniques.
- Proven experience in IT system analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Extensive familiarity with IT systems integrations at an advanced level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
- Logistics or transportation domain knowledge will be considered as a huge advantage.
