Systems Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients: serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to understand and gather real-time visibility requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our systems. 

• Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements 

• Drive the translation of gathered requirements into well-defined user stories and other relevant documentation 

• Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.  

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring accurate and complete understanding. 

Our expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.   
• Experience with business analysis for user-facing software applications 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines 
• Willingness to work in a demanding, dynamic, changing environment 
• A client – centric mindset, focused on delivering value and positive user experiences through tailored system solutions 
• High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy 
• Experience working in Agile environment, knowledge of JIRA/Confluence tools 
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, spoken and written 
• Some technical background and ability to understand software engineering practices on a high level would be an advantage
