Systems Administrator

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Manage application and environment administration (users, roles, permissions, profiles, setup tables).
  • Master data and control support in coordination with business owners.
  • Release coordination, defect triage, and follow-up of incidents and vendor tickets.
  • Monitor system health, recurring issues, and support backlog.
  • Prepare documentation, admin procedures, and key support work instructions.
  • Support testing cycles, user onboarding, and go-live hypercare.
  • Maintain disciplined change logging and escalation paths.

What do we expect from you?

  • 3+ years in application administration, ERP/TMS support, or systems administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other ERP/TMS platforms and basic SQL / reporting understanding and data quality control.
  • Experience with access rights, environment setup, release coordination, and ticket handling.
  • Good understanding of business processes and operational system support.
  • Structured way of working, ownership mindset, and good communication in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in cutover, go-live support, or hypercare environments.
  • Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain operations is considered as an advantage.

  • Base monthly salary: from €3350 to €4190 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
