Sustainability Project Development Manager

Contribute to the implementation of company’s sustainable transportation strategy including programs and projects to reduce the emissions. Ensure that the company's sustainable transportation initiatives align with industry regulations and best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments of the company’s environmental impact, including carbon footprint, waste generation and resource consumption. Analyze data to identify opportunities for reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to foster partnerships and promote sustainability awareness.
• Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations and standards. Ensure company operations adhere to all applicable environmental laws and proactively implement necessary changes.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through initiatives like optimizing transportation routes, enhancing energy efficiency, and exploring alternative fuel sources.
• Identify innovative technologies and practices that align with our sustainability objectives. Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Our expectations:

• Sustainability education, certificates, or ESG-related work experience are huge pluses.
• You have a good understanding of the transportation sector. 
• You are experienced in project management and could lead projects with both a holistic and analytical viewpoint.
• You find it easy to connect with others and are strong in stakeholder management.
• You have strong presentation and communication skills with a passion for making a difference.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Dedication to quality and strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Base monthly salary: from 3290€ to 4110€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
