Supply Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ferry bookings and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communicate with ferry suppliers and manage ongoing relations.
  • Assist internal stakeholders by resolving order-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor and inform relevant departments about ferry route changes.
  • Accurately verify and enter ferry-related data.
  • Handle invoice verification and issuance.

  • Quick learner who adapts well to changes and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates easily with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling tasks with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure daily tasks and workflow.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel).
  • Prior experience in logistics or a related field is an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €1770 to €2210 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
