Supply Specialist

The goal of the Maintenance Project Group is to ensure a continuous supply of spare parts for truck and trailer service centers in Lithuania and Poznan. The Supply Specialist's daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, creating orders in the system, searching for parts, maintaining active communication with suppliers, and closely collaborating with colleagues. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to manage a smooth supply process.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and maintain purchase orders in the system, and organize and update the database.
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers and company colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
• Search for optimal spare parts supply solutions, responding promptly to arising issues.
• Regularly update data, identify part shortages, and provide analyses.

Our expectations

• Good command of Lithuanian, Polish, and English (Russian is an advantage).
• Experience in spare parts supply and procurement. Knowledge of truck or trailer structures is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
• Analytical thinking, ability to manage large data volumes, and make well-considered decisions.

Base monthly salary: from 1690€ to 2110€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
