Supply Chain Security Expert

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security management system aligned with TAPA TSR standards (more information on the TAPA standard itself can be found here https://tapaemea.org/standards-trainings/trucking-security-requirements/).
• Conduct route, cargo security risk assessments as well as regular reviews/ audits.
• Establish and maintain company’s transportation security policies, procedures.
• Establish company’s security goals and targets, related to cargo transportation activities.
• Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain security policies and procedures.
• Lead investigations into security incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conducting investigations, integrating security measures into the supply chain.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and promote best practices throughout the organization.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Security management, Logistics, Risk management or a related field.
• Proven experience in security management, or quality/compliance management, with focus on implementing requirements according to TAPA/other quality standards.
• Knowledge of TAPA TSR Level 1 standards and other relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO28001) would be beneficial.
• Certification as an ISO9001 Auditor/ Lead Auditor or similar qualification desirable.
• Formal supply chain security training (ISO28001 / TAPA) huge plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency level C1.

• Base monthly salary: from €3290 to €4110 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
