Software Engineer

What we expect from you:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development.
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and Maven.
• Understanding of cross-system integrations (e.g., APIs, event-based, batch jobs).
• Experience in defining or contributing to solution architecture.
• Passion for writing clean and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker/containerization.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily development workflows is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

What you will do:

• Work in a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely with frontend engineers and business analysts.
• Own backend features throughout their lifecycle - from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
• Deliver well-architected, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with other squads to design and implement features spanning multiple systems and domains.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring.
• Contribute to defining development standards and best practices.

Base monthly salary: from 3350 to 4190 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
