Short Term Pricing Specialist

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pricing activities to support business growth and profitability. You will monitor market trends, competitor pricing, product developments, and seasonality to identify opportunities and ensure our pricing remains competitive.
You will develop and implement pricing strategies, analyze costs and rates, and support the creation of pricing for new products. Working closely with Business Analysts and the Sales team, you will provide insights and guidance on pricing, commercial policies, and promotions.
You will also contribute to improving pricing-related information systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data to support effective business decisions. What you will do:
- Pricing of company services based on service pricing list, taking into account specific customer requirements, seasonality, direction, quantity and type of cargo.
- Improving the pricing of services based on information about market trends, analysis of winning and losing requests and tenders.
- Analysis and management of cargo volumes and flows in order to optimally use the fleet managed by the operation.
- Continuous monitoring of the market and competitive environment, analysis of current cargo quantities, types, and seasonal fluctuations in order to increase the profitability of services.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education (preferred in econometrics, economics, mathematical statistics or finance).
- Excellent analytical skills and strong computer and MS Excel skills.
- Diligence, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and process large flows of information.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Ability to independently make and reason your decisions.
- Data analysis skills, experience in work transportation, interest in market changes and trends - an advantage.

Base monthly salary: From 2330 to 2910 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
