Senior Systems Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job
Translate functional specifications into more details to guide development. Examine and evaluate current systems, and identify its requirements. Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features. Document interfaces between new and legacy systems. Collaborate with developers to produce new systems. Validate changes by testing programs.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Lead AS-IS and TO-BE business process analysis across complex IT environments.
- Analyze and optimize existing IT systems, including ERP platforms, .NET microservices, internal data servers, mapping solutions, and integrations.
- Define future-state processes and integration approaches aligned with business and technology goals.
- Gather, challenge, and refine business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, BPMN diagrams, and UML models.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and solution design.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Lead testing and validation activities, including UAT, to ensure successful releases.
- Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and promote best practices.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business and system analysis within complex IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements management, and documentation techniques.
- Proven experience with enterprise system integrations, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, user stories, and use cases.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English.

Base monthly salary: from €4210 to €5260 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
