Senior Systems Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job

Join the Document Management Systems (DMS) team as a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance the organization’s OpenText platform, ensuring stable day-to-day operations while driving the evolution of the solution into a broader Enterprise Content Management (ECM) ecosystem. .

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Analyze, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of incidents, defects, and service requests related to the OpenText platform and integrated DMS solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for expanding OpenText capabilities, including contract management, compliance, and regulatory process workflows.
• Analyze legacy systems (Lotus Notes, Alfresco, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta, etc.) to design data model based on document meta-data, define migration strategy.
• Collaborate with internal (business and IT) stakeholders and external partners to elicit requirements and propose the most effective IT solutions.

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge and experience in the implementation, configuration, and administration of OpenText and/or other enterprise content management (ECM) systems, would be an advantage.
• Experience with writing functional requirements specification documents, defining user acceptance criteria, validating solutions, troubleshooting incidents
• Highly self-motivated with an exceptional ability to multi-task and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into practical system solutions.

Base monthly salary: from €4210 to €6300 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
