Senior Software Engineer

Main Purpose of the Job

The Senior Salesforce Engineer is the primary technical contributor and mentor within the Sales Cloud team. You are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce applications that scale smoothly and don't slow the business down. 

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Advanced Development: Design and implement complex business automation with Apex and Flows, and develop intuitive user interfaces using LWC. 
• Technical Mentorship: Provide peer code reviews and guide junior/mid-level developers on best practices and design patterns. 
• System Integration: Build and optimize API-led integrations using REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs to connect Salesforce with the wider enterprise ecosystem. 
• Reliability Engineering: Drive data governance and system reliability by implementing robust error handling and monitoring. 
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality technical documentation that ensures the maintainability of the system. 
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce Platform and new releases to proactively suggest system enhancements. 

What do we expect from you?

• Technical Depth: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development. 
• Integration Expert: Solid experience with Salesforce DX and building enterprise-level API integrations. 
• Quality Mindset: Committed to thorough integration testing, automated pipelines, and a disciplined CI/CD process that keeps deployments safe and predictable. 
• Problem Solver: Ability to navigate complex architectural requirements and turn them into working, high-quality code. 
• Collaboration: A proactive communicator who works effectively with the Engineering Manager and Architects to solve blockers. 
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II or System/Application Architect certifications are highly preferred.

Salary Range: 5260 EUR - 6310 EUR GROSS
