Senior Software Engineer

Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET C# Developer / Tech Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing microservices-based systems on AWS, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based microservices on AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Ensure high standards of software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate.

What do we expect from you?

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET / C#.
• Proven experience in leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to use English language fluently in verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
