Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions for high-performance business applications.
- Architect and implement complex automation solutions using Flow Orchestrator, Change Data Capture, and AI-driven tools.
- Drive data governance, ensuring high-quality data management and compliance.
- Lead API integration efforts, working with REST, Bulk, Streaming, and Tooling APIs.
- Define best practices for Salesforce development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, providing technical leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Our expectations
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Proven experience with API integrations and enterprise-level automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce AI (Einstein), DevOps, and scalability best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and advanced CI/CD pipeline management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Agile mindset with experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
