Senior Salesforce Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

• Act as the business-to-technology link for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions — gathering needs, consulting, refining requirements, and translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications.

• Analyze end-to-end business processes across customer service, and logistics operations to recommend scalable and value-driven improvements.

• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality delivery and smooth adoption.

• Be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and guiding Salesforce usage best practices.

• Partner with Product Owner and architects to ensure solution consistency, data quality, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

What do we expect from you?

• 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce analysis, configuration, or business analysis roles

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in service, or logistics environments

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

• Experience to structure complex requirements, build user stories, and validate solutions against business outcomes

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability in cross-functional environments

• Experience with Agile delivery and working in fast-moving transformation programs

• Fluency in English (C1 level)
  
  

It is a plus if you have:

• Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation.

• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain workflows.
