Senior Project Manager

The Senior Salesforce Project Manager will lead a comprehensive sales & support transformation initiative through the implementation of Salesforce ServiceCloud and SalesCloud. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the project aligns with business objectives, is delivered on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, particularly with ServiceCloud and SalesCloud, and will excel in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce ServiceCloud and SalesCloud to drive sales transformation.
  • Coordinate and lead implementation partner selection and implementation model definition.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and oversee project resources, including internal teams and external consultants.
  • Engage and manager senior level stakeholders (C level leaders and shareholders).
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, integration and testing of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Our expectations:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a focus on ServiceCloud and SalesCloud implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and sales transformation projects.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Clear and Concise Communication: Articulate project goals, progress, and issues clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Expectation Management: Set realistic expectations and keep stakeholders informed about changes and progress.

  • Base monthly salary: from €4110 to €6170 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
