Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager  will lead the company's largest and most strategic IT-driven transformation initiatives. This role carries full end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects, from initiation through successful delivery and business adoption. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering measurable results, ensuring projects align with business objectives, are completed on schedule and within budget, and generate the expected business value.

We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager with a proven track record of driving complex IT projects to completion, navigating organizational complexity, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Take full ownership of the company's largest and most business-critical IT transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to implementation and value realization.
• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of transformative IT projects across Girteka entities.
• Develop, manage and approve detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams, communicate the vision, and provide guidance to achieve outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing timely solutions or escalations.
• Provide regular updates, progress reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and organizational frameworks.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large scale IT projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with measurable business results.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the energy, resilience and determination to drive initiatives through to completion and achieve agreed outcomes.
• Ability to manage complexity and make high quality, analytical decisions in high stakes, ambiguous environments.
• Strong costumer focus with a proven ability to balance stakeholder interests, manage expectations, and maintain alignment.
• Clear, concise communication skills to articulate goals, address issues, and navigate organizational structures smoothly.
• Skillful planning, aligning resources, designing efficient workflows, and cultivating innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles.

• Base monthly salary: from €4540 to €6600 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
