Senior IT Service and GRC Specialist

Main Purpose of the Job

The IT Service Management and GRC Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of ITSM best practices, driving governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives, and ensuring readiness and coordination of all IT-related audits. This role acts as a servant leader, fostering a culture of quality, control, and service excellence within the IT division.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Lead adoption and continuous improvement of ITIL-based IT service management processes (incident, problem, change, service request).

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to standardize processes, improve documentation, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure IT processes align with internal policies and external standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, TAPA, etc.).

  • Maintain and evolve IT risk management framework, conduct regular risk assessments, and plan mitigation.

  • Support implementation and monitoring of controls for data protection, security, and operational resilience.

  • Act as the main liaison for internal and external IT audits.

  • Coordinate audit readiness, documentation, evidence collection, and responses to findings.

  • Lead closure of audit gaps and track corrective/preventive actions.

  • Ensure compliance with Lithuanian Occupational Safety and Health legislation and internal requirements.

  • Follow lawful instructions of the administration and company regulations.

  • Provide substitution support for colleagues when needed.

  • Act honestly, cooperate with others, and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and certifications (ISO, GDP, TAPA, etc.).

  • Be accountable for misconduct, negligence, or malicious actions.

What do we expect from you?

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in IT service management, governance, risk, compliance, or related areas.

  • Possess an ITIL (or equivalent) certification.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM, GRC, and IT audit processes.

  • Ability to manage complexity, solve problems, and make sound decisions.

  • Ensure accountability for self and team performance.

  • Work collaboratively and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in managing change and continuous improvement.

  • Be action-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Operate with high energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.

  • Recognized as a reliable team player and subject matter expert.
