Senior Financial Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for Treasury Senior Financial Analyst at centralized group Treasury, who will oversee and manage liquidity, be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting cash flow, will contribute to Treasury cash management strategy implementation and participate in group financing decision making process.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Developing financial models and forecasting cash flow, evaluating plan-versus-actual results, and preparing insights and conclusions.
• Working with a wide range of financial ratios — calculating actuals for compliance, building forecasts, and assessing financing or borrowing risks, including preparing stress tests.
• Calculating financing costs by identifying all related expenses and comparing effective interest rates across different financing options.
• Responding to inquiries from financing partners and providing required analytical data.
• Managing FX risk and comparing associated costs for decision-making.
• Gathering and consolidating data from multiple internal and external sources to support analysis.
• Preparing ad‑hoc analyses as business needs arise.
• Sharing knowledge within the team and contributing to the financial literacy of colleagues across the organization.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the banking sector is considered an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience working with Axapta or QlikView would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information, and prepare conclusions and recommendations.
• Result‑oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration skills with colleagues across different departments.

Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 5440€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
