Senior Data Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring data quality within the pricing department, providing analytical insights to support business decision making, and developing and improving effective data analytics tools. This role requires strong data modeling skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to independently initiate analytical solutions that contribute to overall operational efficiency.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Work with large databases — process, structure, and prepare data for analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and automate reporting using Power BI, SAP, Excel, and SQL.
• Evaluate incoming data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure data quality by creating control measures and participating in data‑related projects.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive optimization initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve data issues such as discrepancies, missing information, and quality gaps.
• Prepare forecasts, perform ad‑hoc analyses, and present insights to stakeholders while supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachalor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar field.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is considered an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).Excellent Excel skills.Experience working with SQL, data modeling, and large datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other BI tools is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze large data volumes, systematize findings, summarize results, and provide clear insights.
• Result oriented mindset, independence, and strong collaboration skills across departments.

Base monthly salary: from 2930€ to 3670€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
