What can you expect your day to look like?

 

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions for high-performance business applications.
  • Architect and implement complex automation solutions using Flow Orchestrator, Change Data Capture, and AI-driven tools.
  • Drive data governance, ensuring high-quality data management and compliance.
  • Lead API integration efforts, working with REST, Bulk, Streaming, and Tooling APIs.
  • Define best practices for Salesforce development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, providing technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

What do we expect from you?

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Proven experience with API integrations and enterprise-level automation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce AI (Einstein), DevOps, and scalability best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and advanced CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Agile mindset with experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
