Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team and contribute to the continuous development of Classtrucks’ Salesforce ecosystem. Your focus will be on building scalable, high-performance solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting the digital transformation of our sales and customer service processes.
You will work closely with Analysts, Product Owners, and external partners to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that enable better customer experiences, operational efficiency, and seamless integration with e-commerce and internal platforms.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform tools.

Build and extend functionality within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, tailored to Classtrucks' customer service and sales operations.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver reliable, maintainable code.

Collaborate with Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and plan development tasks.

Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., e-commerce, ERP, partner platforms) using APIs or middleware.

Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and production deployments, ensuring the quality and security of the platform.

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues and bugs, providing timely fixes and improvements.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and best practices, suggesting enhancements accordingly.
What do we expect from you?
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.

Experience working with case management, email-to-case, knowledge base, and other Service Cloud capabilities.

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or tools like MuleSoft is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Service Cloud certification is a strong advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
