The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales teams by analyzing data, preparing reports, and helping manage client projects and tenders. You will work with Excel and internal systems to keep data accurate, track performance, and improve daily processes. This position is a great opportunity to build practical experience in data analysis, project coordination, and business operations.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Support the preparation and project management of strategic tenders, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are completed accurately.
- Analyze customer data using advanced Excel and BI tools, identifying trends and creating engaging reports.
- Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs, providing insights to enhance client growth.
- Streamline workflows through automation in Excel and collaborate with IT for system integration.
- Support sales team to ensure the data accuracy inside the internal platforms.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong Excel skills, experience with BI tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
- Ability to explain data and insights clearly to people without a technical background.
- Ability to work well with different teams and learn quickly.
- English language - B2 or higher.

- Base monthly salary: from 1930 to 2420 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
