Sales Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and lead the preparation and project management of strategic tenders, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are completed accurately
• Analyze customer data using advanced Excel and BI tools, identifying trends and creating engaging reports.
• Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs, providing insights to enhance client growth.
• Streamline workflows through automation in Excel and collaborate with IT for system integration.
• Work with marketing to develop data-driven customer strategies and offer training on Excel best practices.
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies based on data analysis and trends.
• Support sales team to ensure the data accuracy inside the internal platforms.
