What can you expect your day to look like?
- Manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated customers across Europe, serving as their main point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality, professional service via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and develop business opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, contracts, and logistics-related inquiries.
- Negotiate and optimize agreements in line with market conditions and company objectives to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to resolve transportation issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, manage documentation, and work effectively with CRM and internal systems.
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, and contribute to achieving revenue and shipment targets while ensuring service excellence.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management (preferably in international sales or logistics).
- Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships and close deals effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and large volumes of information.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable working with data to support business decisions.
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken); other languages would be an advantage.
- Higher education degree and good computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems.

- Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
