Sales Development Representative

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gather relevant information from leads to determine their needs and suitability for our products/services.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for follow-up.
  • Accurately update lead information and status in the CRM system.
  • Effectively qualify inbound marketing leads through phone, email, and web form interactions.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team or account managers.
  • Meet or exceed lead qualification targets and metrics.
  • Continuously search for new customers and expand the potential customer database.
