Sales Development Representative

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Gather relevant information from leads to determine their needs and suitability for our products/services.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for follow-up.
  • Accurately update lead information and status in the CRM system.
  • Effectively qualify outbound marketing leads through phone, email, and web form interactions.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team or account managers.
  • Meet or exceed lead qualification targets and metrics.
  • Continuously search for new customers and expand the potential customer database.

What do we expect from you?

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve customer and business objectives.
  • Positive attitude, ability to identify business opportunities, proactive, flexible, open to change and innovation.
