We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s growth and profitability.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Execute sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and present commercial offers and lead negotiations to close sales.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Monitor sales processes, customer payments, and documentation.
- Analyse sales opportunities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to a positive company image.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 2 years of active sales experience, preferably in heavy transport or related industries.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the transport sector is considered a strong advantage.

- Base monthly salary: from 2330€ to 2910€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
