Your Responsibilities
• Participate in developing the Region’s long-term sales strategy and annual business plans, driving their execution. Align the Region‘s sales objectives with Companies business strategy through active participation in strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning and participation in budgeting.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales, profits, volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives, both ensuring the development of new business accounts or expanding existing business. Closely engage in key clients‘ negotiations to maintain, develop and acquire new business.
• Oversee the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensure all sales management teams are held accountable for assigned results.
• Provide leadership to the division‘s management team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
• Manage expenditures and perform within budget allocation.
• Effectively partner cross-functionally with Customer Care, Forwarding, Planning, Transport, etc. to achieve performance objectives and strategic goals for the business.
Our expectations
•Not less than 2 years leadership experience working with a B2B sales team.
•At least 3 years of personal Sales experience in B2B.
•Knowledge of logistics.
•Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, standards and the company‘s provided services (advantage).
•Ability to coordinate and control activities for maximum results.
•Ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
•Good organizational and communication skills. Positivity, leadership, ability to assemble a motivated team.
•Excellent English language skills.
•Orientation towards the goal and achievement of results, responsibility for the results of the team.
•Proactivity, flexibility, openness to changes and innovations. Willingness to constantly improve, openness to feedback.
