Sales Department Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Department Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the profitable sales of transportation vehicles and deliver high-quality customer service within the dedicated Sales Department, in alignment with the Sales and Revenue plans. Your goal is to generate planned revenue and profit while fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the Baltic region and Central Asia.
- Establish pricing, forecast revenue, and ensure profit targets are met.
- Monitor customer contractual payment obligations to ensure timely revenue collection and prevent debt issues.
- Visit key clients, build sustainable and long-term relationships, and organize sales activities.
- Build, train, and motivate the sales team, assist in resolving complex situations and provide guidance.
- Ensure effective communication between different departments, including preparation, transportation, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Regularly provide management with sales reports and insights.
- Act as a role model by fostering an open, trusting, and empowered culture.
- Promote company values and enable cross-functional collaboration.

- Base monthly salary: from €5400 to €6750 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
