Sales Data Controller

Your Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Employ advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze key customer data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand their specific data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Portfolio Performance Monitoring:

• Develop and maintain Excel-based systems for monitoring the performance of the key customer portfolio.
• Implement KPIs and metrics to track customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and other relevant indicators.
• Provide regular reports on portfolio health, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Customer Insights and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to derive actionable insights from key customer data.
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies based on data analysis.
• Support decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data-driven recommendations.
   

Our Expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Information Technology).
• Proven experience as an Excel Expert with a focus on managing key customer portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• English Language – C1.
