Main Purpose of the Job

 

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Sales Cloud Analyst to join our CRM team. This role will focus on maximizing the potential of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions to optimize Classtrucks' e-commerce platforms. You will be pivotal in delivering seamless, data-driven sales and marketing solutions while ensuring robust collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery with external partners. In this position, you will oversee delivery timelines, solutions, and ensure that all Salesforce-related projects and initiatives align with Classtrucks' strategic goals. Your ability to work with stakeholders and external partners to deliver on business objectives will be key to driving success in this role. 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring their optimal configuration and integration with Classtrucks' e-commerce platforms and other internal systems. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to sales and marketing processes. 

  • Partner with external vendors and delivery teams to manage Salesforce initiatives implementation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. 

  • Act as a solution owner by defining technology future state of Classtrucks Salesforce instance ecosystem. 

  • Act as a Consultant by provide actionable insights into sales performance, marketing effectiveness. 

  • Oversee end-to-end partner delivery processes, including regular status updates, milestone tracking, testing and issue resolution. 

  • Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and efficient use of Salesforce tools. 

  • Stay updated with Salesforce advancements, recommending upgrades and new features to improve business processes and partner collaboration.

Our expectations

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Analyst or similar role, ideally with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. 

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and marketing processes. 

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. 

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, partner portals) and declarative solutions. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
