SAP Solution Owner

About the role
If you’re someone who enjoys connecting business needs with smart SAP solutions, this could be a great opportunity for you. As an SAP Solution Owner, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end SAP solution within your ERP domain (SAP EAM/PM), making sure it supports the way the business works today and where it’s heading next. You’ll help shape solution design and make sure integrations stay aligned with SAP best practices and our overall architecture.
What we expect from you:
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management processes: work order management, asset lifecycle management, equipment structures, and maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Proactive identification and evaluation of emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative solutions to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Experience designing and governing integrations between SAP EAM and related solutions such as procurement, finance, fleet management, warehouse, and external maintenance systems.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex SAP-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to aeffectively collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
- Ability to guide junior team members and work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Successful track record in delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business needs.
- Experience in working with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into SAP solutions.
- Understanding in preventive, corrective maintenance would be beneficial.
- Fluency in English.
What you will do:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the SAP EAM solution.
- Make sure the solution supports business needs and processes while following SAP best practices and keeping custom development to a minimum.
- Evaluate business demands and balance standard SAP capabilities, business value, technical complexity, and long-term maintainability.
- Make key decisions about functional scope and solution design within the domain.
- Make sure changes, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations stay aligned with the overall solution and architecture.
- Review and approve functional specifications, configuration designs, integration solutions, and test scenarios.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Functional Consultants, and business stakeholders to make sure business needs, solution design, and architecture are all aligned.
- Define and maintain the SAP EAM solution roadmap together with business stakeholders and enterprise architects.
- Keep system documentation accurate and up to date.
- Share knowledge, support knowledge-transfer sessions, and mentor consultants by providing guidance and best practices.

- Base monthly salary: from 4210 to 5260 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
