Your Responsibilities
1. Data Accuracy and System Analytics: Ensure data accuracy within the system through regular analytics and continuous improvement efforts
2. Global Alignment: Gather requirements from various stakeholders and suggest the best possible solutions to ensure global alignment.
3. System and Process Knowledge Transfer: Provide consultation and transfer knowledge of the system and processes to users as needed.
4. Training Materials and BPMN Updates: Keep process and system documentation, as well as training materials, regarding SAP SuccessFactors up to date.
5. Participate in Testing Activities: Conduct user acceptance tests in the test environment to identify and address bugs or issues before changes are released into the production environment.
6. Initiate Innovation: Propose iterations on product features based on feedback, performance data, and market trends.
7. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Collaborative Meetings with IT: Act as an SME in collaborative meetings with IT teams to provide insights and recommendations regarding system improvements.
8. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to make final decisions regarding system improvements.
9. Follow-Up on Implementation: Follow up on the implementation of identified priorities and coordinate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with development, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
11. Investigate User Issues and Problem Solving: Investigate user issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide solutions to ensure business continuity and address service requests promptly.
12. Backlog Management:Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic priorities. 13. Change Management: Assist in the planning and execution of change management activities related to system updates, upgrades, or new feature implementations.
Our expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of HR processes from hire-to-retire
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, LMS etc.) is a great advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving HR information system-related issues.
- Ability to conduct user training sessions and consultations effectively.
- Experience in participating in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is a plus
- Strong English Knowledge
- Russian – an advantage, but not a requirement.
